V1 Exclusions

These do not belong in the V1 sitemap:

  • customer login/account pages
  • installer portal pages
  • blog/CMS archives
  • postcode landing-page explosion
  • complex comparison tools outside the main recommendation flow

Information Architecture Notes

  • Start Assessment should be the dominant public CTA across the site
  • Results should be treated as the signature product page, even though it is later in the funnel
  • Next Step may later merge into Results, but should remain a distinct sitemap concept for now
  • Contact is a secondary path, not the main conversion strategy
  • Service Areas should support the Northern NSW launch without overbuilding for national scale yet
