Master Roadmap

This roadmap tracks the public starter-kit docs surface.

Current State​

  • the docs site is now oriented around developers evaluating the starter before purchase
  • the homepage, navigation, and footer are buyer-facing instead of repo-internal
  • core evaluator docs exist for starter overview, product surfaces, local setup, auth, billing, permissions, integrations, customization, and extension workflow
  • buyer-facing troubleshooting, release-notes scaffolding, and architecture summary pages are now part of the public docs surface

Next Highest-Value Docs​

  1. Capability and billing examples that show how gated features are extended in practice.
  2. A compact buyer-facing local setup troubleshooting flowchart or decision tree.
  3. A starter change log entry template with version tags or release markers.
  4. Architecture deep dives for UI layering and shared package boundaries beyond the current summaries.

Ongoing Rule​

When a buyer-critical capability becomes part of the starter, the public docs surface should gain or update the corresponding evaluator doc in the same change.
