This page is the public changelog surface for buyer-visible changes to the starter kit.

The goal is simple: a buyer should be able to tell whether the starter is evolving in the areas that matter before they adopt it.

What Belongs Here​

  • buyer-visible starter capabilities
  • docs surface improvements that materially affect evaluation
  • architectural changes that affect how teams adopt or extend the starter
  • meaningful auth, billing, permissions, or integration changes

What Does Not Belong Here​

  • private cleanup tasks
  • temporary refactors with no buyer-facing impact
  • internal-only documentation reshuffles

Current Highlights​

2026-05-19​

  • The public docs site was repositioned around developers evaluating the starter before purchase.
  • Buyer-facing docs were added for starter overview, implementation paths, local setup, auth, billing, access control, integrations, customization, deployment shape, troubleshooting, and architecture summaries.
  • The published navigation and homepage were reworked to read like a starter-kit docs surface instead of repo-internal notes.

For each new entry, capture:

  1. What changed.
  2. Why a buyer should care.
  3. Whether the change affects adoption, customization, or architecture.
